Looking for New Business? Try CPR for Your Old Leads

According to KISSMetrics, the probability of selling to a new customer is between 5 and 20%. The probability of selling to an existing customer is between 60 and 70%.  Some may not think this applies to real estate, but in fact, it does.  52% of Americans will buy a home in the next five years.  That means of all the thousands of leads you may be sitting on today, there is a significant number ready to take action on a real estate transaction.
